Sales Manager: Europe, Middle East, and Asia
Do you want to contribute to saving human lives, improving aviation safety, and securing infrastructure? We are now looking for one or two experienced Sales Managers who are passionate about creating relationships with a solid business mind-set.
At airports, safety is rigorous. It also includes the area around the runway. Runway Safe offers unique and customized safety systems for airports worldwide. With our safety solution, Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS), we help airports to improve flight safety and optimize their operations. If necessary, our EMAS can decelerate an aircraft in a safe and controlled manner without harming passengers, pilots, and cabin crew. We save human lives, improve flight safety, and secure infrastructure!
As a Sales Manager, you work actively with long-term sales. By listening to the customer’s needs, you create business opportunities for our services and solutions for airports in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
We reach out with our system solutions through our expertise and presence, in close collaboration with:
- Aviation Consultants
- Airlines and pilot organizations
- Local Authorities
This is a strategic and operative assignment, which requires a sharp business sense and self-leadership. Your perseverance and high drive, together with high social skills, create your success in close cooperation with customers and colleagues. We are a sales team that collaborates with colleagues within our global organization for joint success. You work primarily in our head office in central Gothenburg but spend a lot of your time on international soil.
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in international business
- Documented experience from successful sales of technical system solutions
- Ability to create long-term relationships.
You are a team player who is motivated and driven by potential and increased sales opportunities. You achieve results through a structured and goal-orientated way of working, always with a customer-oriented mindset.
This type of sales is not always obvious, and therefore we need you with a sharp business sense and a high level of activity. It will be required that you have a good technical understanding and a habit of working project related as the task requires good endurance. We see it as meritorious if you have experience with corresponding types of sales processes in the aviation industry or system-based projects. Experience from growth companies or small/medium-sized companies in development is an advantage. Additionally, knowledge of the airport industry and network connections is meritorious.
The work requires fluent English both orally and in writing, other languages are meritorious. You need to have citizenship in an ESTA-connected country.
